• Preparing techno commercial proposals to substantiate major variation applications. Coordination with consultant and client for review and finalization of above variations.

• Reviewing subcontractors’ variation applications. Discussion with subcontractors to understanding in detail contractual justification, and accordingly preparing reports on such variations for management approval.

• Preparing payment applications including detailed breakdown (percentage) of progress achieved. Coordination with consultant for approval of the above.

• Reviewing payment applications submitted by various subcontractors and certifying the same, strictly as per the actual progress achieved.
