• Delivery and collection of different documents and paper back and forth between management office and HO in Dubai.
• Depositing cash/ checks (rent, electricity, water, etc.) in the banks
• Distributing electricity/ water bills and rent invoices and other correspondences to all ACC retailers. In addition, collecting the money for the same.
• Delivering and collecting different documents to government departments such as Municipality, Free Zone, chamber of commerce, etc.)
• Renewing Medical, health card
• Handling all insurance formalities
• Assisting customer service team during promotions period. (Setting in the information desk, answering customers’ inquiries, answering the phone.
• Assisting the secretary in the management office, by answering the calls and carrying different mundane office tasks (e.g. photocopying, filing, binding.etc.)
• Performs other related duties as necessary
• Ensuring adherence to the legal frame-work;
• Preparing necessary documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all required activities
• Adhering to the relevant labor and immigration laws and regulations;
• Completing all necessary work with Municipality, Department of Economic Development, Chamber of Commerce, Courts, Police, Airport, Hospitals, Sea Port, Air Port, Health Authority, and other governmental institutions as required;
• Keeping safe custody of all important documents/passports as necessary when issued out from administration department;
• Renewing of Trade License/Chamber of Commerce and vehicle registrations as applicable; updating knowledge and other information related to the legal changes in Labor, Immigration and relevant governmental departments.
• Assist in overlooking all the Department of Legal Affairs transaction and other related issues within the Legal Division.

Undertake a pro-active role in contacting potential companies with business needs by qualifying their requirements
though telesales.
Manage and update an effective database.
Ensure that all internal and external sales leads are acted on and responded to within an 8 hour period.
Deliver a high percentage of client conversion.
Assist in the organization of in-house events for corporate entertainment, key bookers etc.
Regular tracking and update of Top Producers list.
Tele-sales: minimum of 20 calls per day to new potential corporate clients (business development) converting cold calls
into appointments.
Report sales activity and account production on a weekly and monthly basis.
Understanding the business and keeping up to date with the Apartments sales selling strategy and letting policy and
promotions.
Understanding competitor occupancies and passing on observations to the sales team.
Identifies possible sales leads and passes to the sales teams.
Adheres to the Company Credit Policy.
Performs all guests accounting functions according to Company policies and procedures, ensuring all guest accounts are
complete and accurate.
Assist in establishing communication with all related authorities in Abu Dhabi as require.

Provide administrative support include labor permits, visas, and license related documentation.

Corporate affairs with Land of Department, DEWA and different Government Institutions and other relevant

organization /association according to necessity.
Deal with all the Immigration and Labor transactions for visa application, renewal and cancellation for the new and

existing employees within the Human Resources Department.
Perform any other duties assigned with utmost responsibility.
