• Establish Quality Policy & Objectives and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
• Periodically conduct review of laboratory’s management system & testing activities to ensure continuing suitability & effectiveness and to introduce necessary changes & improvements
• Develop employee awareness on the relevance & importance of their activity to the achievement of management system objectives thru their immediate supervisors
• Ensure timely resolution & prevent recurrence of customer complaints
• Ensure timely implementation of Corrective & Preventive Action defined thru consistent follow up on responsible process owners of outstanding actions
• Perform duties & responsibilities of Technical & Quality Manager in their absence
