Logistics, as I am responsible for shipping all the company’s orders
Handling all the clients' issues and distributing task between the quality assurance dept and all other depts.
Handling hotel and ticket reservations inside and outside Egypt
Replying to phone calls, taking meeting minutes
Following all the necessary paper work that we shall receive from the customs after shipping the order, like Form 13, etc…
Issuing all the company invoice, Certificate of origin, etc..
Handling the interior payment of the company
I am very hard working, even I was able to rely to the clients in out national holidays.
Following the maintenance f the company web site with the company, which is responsible for it, and uploading the company data into the web site.
I was responsible of presenting all the required paperwork to IMC In case our company wanted any employee to have any course.
Following the clients' paments with the banks
Aying the invoices of the communication companies like Mobinil.
-Liaise with Air/Sea Freight, co-loaders, shipping
lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of customers shipment to various destination to meet customer demand with no delay
-Coordinate with freight forwarders/ shipping lines/Clearing agency to avoid any delays and reduce conflicts.
-Process import/export shipping documentation ( B/L, permit…etc)
-Process other shipping documentation related
responsibilities.
-Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates to keep costs down where possible
-Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
