Prepare and post all of the required job postings through career websites and social media.
• Responsible for all of the Recruitment Cycle from receiving the requirement, Plan of Action (POA) and till delivery.
• Handle all required communications with Clients to get the clarity on the needed requirement.
• All sourcing, interviewing, and selection activities.
• ACT as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the of the existing clients.
• Good experience in Mass recruitment & bulk hiring locally and overseas.
• Good experience in GCC hiring (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar & Bahrain).
• Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting the potential candidates
• Preparing and doing the check reference for the selected candidates when needed.
• Offering C.V, interview and general career advice and consultation.
Responsible of all manpower and recruitment activities ranging from senior level managers to unskilled labors.
Control, maintain, and update manpower plan and prepare related monthly and weekly reports.
Regular meetings and follow-ups with department managers to review and update the current manpower plan and
the job desertion of the recruitments.
Identify suitable recruitment channel to start sourcing the workforce market for the right candidates matching the
job requirements; using various online and offline sources such as, LinkedIn, Career website, local data base,
recruitment agencies, referrals and connections.
Interview candidates up to highest level, shortlist the most suitable and provide feedback to the department
Manager.
Liaise with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
Arranging and manage recruitment campaign from A to Z, coordination with abroad agencies, travel for personal
interviews, shortlist and select the suitable candidates.
Issue recruitment related documents, and draft employment offer and appointment letters for selected candidates
Using SAP.
Handling Online Banking -
ATM& Cerdit Cards issues and more.
Help the customers by making the reservation and booking on phone and help the
existing passengers with any modification required on the flights and the reservation
itself, answer the inquires about the flights, availability, prices, and any related
questions on Saudi airlines flights using AMADUES Altea Reservations System.
Provided training for new batches and new employees of customer service
representatives and refreshment training for current employees, in soft skills, call
handling skills, telephone skills, as well as telecommunication software for a leading
Emirate Telecommunication company.
Handle customer’s inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payments.
Calm angry callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design
best-option solutions, for a leading Emirate Telecommunication company.
Make calls to businesses and consumers in an effort to sell them products and
services by explaining the features and benefits of what they are selling. When they
earn a sale, telemarketers record payment information into a computer system that
allows the client to receive the good or service by mail or in-person delivery.
