❒ Responsible for key account management by interacting with the senior management to ensure customer satisfaction with technical support on all delivered products as certified service dealer of AB Sciex and Best lab solution systems in Qatar Doha- middle East. Ensure to support with minimum resolution time to maintain our sales as well as service quality assurance.
❒ Provide technical support on all mass Spectrometer systems as Triple quadruples, QTRAP, manufactured by AB Sciex and High Performance Liquid Chromatography systems manufactured by Shimadzu, Agilent and Ekigent as integrated supplied by AB Sciex.
❒ Plan and execute pre site installation procedure as per standard protocols. Installed and qualified analytical instruments as per manufacturer procedure.
❒ Troubleshoot the problems of all clients working in different applications as food, beverage product testing, drug discovery, new born baby screening for Amino Acid, Forensic and Toxicology etc. and ensure to provide solution with minimum downtime to maintain customer satisfaction.
❒ Interact with client for new equipment procurement, suggest best instrument package to fulfill user application as well as cost effective solution.
❒ Arrange and provide technical training for clients to enhance technical proficiency.

❒ Plan and Implement Preventive Maintenance, Calibration and Routine Inspection Schedule for Chromatographic, Mass Spectrometers Sample Processing and Storage equipment used in laboratory.
❒ Coordinate /perform Installation qualification, Operational qualification and performance qualification of all Laboratory equipment.
❒ Carry out Scheduled Maintenance, calibration and Routine Inspection of Chromatographic, Mass Spectrometers, Sample Processing and Storage equipment used in laboratory
❒ Provide technical support to troubleshoot instruments problems and minimize instrument breakdown time to achieve project timelines.
❒ To Procure new instruments prepare user requirement specifications, interact with other functional departments (Purchase, Finance department) for selection of vendor/ Manufacturer.
❒ Manage and Control equipment spares and consumables inventory to minimize breakdown time and maintain smooth operation.
❒ Carry out cost allocation on equipment spares and consumables used with critical Chromatographic and Mass spectrometer.
❒ Ensure to revise & implement Equipment SOPs as per regulatory & operational requirements.
❒ Provide the Technical/ Operational training to boost the work proficiency of end user.
❒ Coordinate with instrumentation team to face the internal Audit of QC (Quality Control), QA (Quality Assurance) and External Audit of USFDA, ANVISA & MHRA.
❒ Exposure on In-vitro release test project: coordinated on procurement of equipment, prepare site protocol for commissioning, installation and qualification of Franz cell manual diffusion system and In-Line Cell automated diffusion system manufactured by Perme Gear, USA.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
❒ Have Exposure to handle the Bio Analytical facility expansion project for the bio-analytical instruments
• Coordinate to finalize Nitrogen plant and Air compressor set up capacity, P &I diagram and pipeline as per department requirements and supervise the installation process.
• Installation of PLC based Cold Room set up using to store the bio analytical samples.
❒ Hands-on Mass Spectrometer- Triple Quad, Triple TOF, QTRAP & TOF/TOF MALDI (Manufactured by Applied Bio System/ Sciex) and High performance liquid Chromatography (HPLC) manufactured by Shimadzu, Waters, Agilent, Perkin Elmer & Cohesive and all sample processing equipments using in Bio Analytical Set up.
❒ Petrochemical and petrol industry R&D: corrosion testing equipments- Zebra Fish and Automated systems of Cambridge Reactor Design, UK.
❒ Have sound knowledge in Analyst software, Multiquant of LCMS & CLASS VP, LC solution and Masslynx software for HPLC (High performance Liquid chromatography)
❒ Precision control system for Humidity/ Temperature control.
❒ PLC/Timer based Temperature control system & PLC programming with ladder Language
❒ Eurotherm temperature Monitoring System
❒ Process control Instruments like: - Level Controller, Flow meter, Pressure Transmitter, Control Valves, I/P Controller, PID Controller, Ratio Controller. Temperature Controller etc.
