 Assist the line manager to manage and control the Subcontractors performance as per their Subcontracts obligations and scope of work.
 Review detailed design drawings and shop drawings. Prepare inspection and testing request (ITR), field change request (FCR), material request, and snag list. Resolve site observation report (SOR) or non-compliance report (NCR).
 Inspect the installation works of all electrical systems as per approved shop drawings.
 Supervise technicians and other engineers during installation of electrical equipment, including electric motors, machinery controls, lighting, and wiring in buildings, power generation, LV distribution system, control, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm and detection, and communication system.
 Attend to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
 Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
 Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.
 Handle electrical works inside manholes, street lightings, feeder pillars, landscape lightings, pump stations, cable pulling and terminations.
 In-charge assessment the co-ordination with the Civil Contractors and other third parties on Site.
 Knowledgeable with the local regulations (Kharamaa), international standards and code of practice specifically BS standards, NFPA and other related codes to building services.
 Monitor quality of works and access the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring the same complies with contracts / QCS specifications, safety and health risk assessment and environmental mitigating measures respectively on a daily basis.
 Good verbal and written communication in English.
 Computer literate in Windows, other Microsoft application standards, and AutoCAD.

 Assist Project Manager in Governing and oversight of project activities.
 Seek any clarification with project manager / consultant if any variance with (WIR’S) work inspection, (MIR’S) Materials Inspection, (RFI’S) Request for information, (NCR) Non-conformance Report, (FOR’s) Field of Observation and etc.
 Study and review issued for construction Drawings
 Assist draftsman and prepare shop drawing.
 Verify and certify subcontractor claims, variation and re-measurement of works.
 Over view the works of site engineer
 Assist Site inspection with consultant
 Attend weekly and monthly site Progress meeting
 Attend installation, testing and commissioning inspection of works.

 Maintain a detailed diary of the day’s work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operation, labour and equipment used, etc. and sign at the end of each day.
 Coordinate with the contractor’s foreman in charge of the work on a daily basis to advice on the proper execution of the work.
 Coordinate with the Materials Inspector and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.
 Coordinate with the Surveyors to check the line and grade of completed electrical work for conformance with the plans and specifications.
 Maintain detailed records of work performed by the contractor for the items executed on a Day Works basis.
 Issue instructions to the Foreman in Charge of the work and do not argue with the Contractor or his representatives.
 Enforce performance of the work in strict accordance with the approved Safety Plan.
 Ensure that all work will be inspected prior to being covered by succeeding work activities.
 Oversee and inspect all electrical & instrumentation work and ensure that installation activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards.
 Keep, monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete record(s) concerning the execution of the works.
 Assist the Electrical Engineer in closing the punch points & handing over the plant.
 Ensure site progress information is communicated regularly.
 Perform all other duties that may be requested by team leadership
 Assist the Electrical Engineer with the review of the O&M manuals and As Built drawings.
 Coordinate the works to ensure successful hand-over of the project

 In-charge and responsible to Maintain, troubleshot different types of Electro/Mechanical default and alarms system, Assist Sub-contractor technicians and Coordinate with building foreman to give new work order.
 Member of electro/mechanical maintenance emergency team - 24-hour on call. Check, troubleshoot diff, types of electro/mechanical equipment problems.
 Coordinate with SCECO and STC representative for conducting monthly shut-down for generator test and perform preventive maintenance to all equipment’s of Saudi Telecom Exchange and Public Office.
 Servicing and maintaining all electro/mechanical equipment’s of Saudi telecom sites, exchange and public offices

 Hands-on the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical system. The system includes service entrance, main switchboards, panel boards, generator, manual transfer switch, timers, motor controls, isolators, air-condition units (split type), conduits, raceways, wiring, lighting fixtures and small power sockets, and fire alarm system.
 Report to site engineer and discuss outstanding problems for immediate correction
