My main activity consists in:
✓ Acting as Sales

The classes taught were kg2 and kg1.
✓ Planning and preparing a syllabus to meet the needs and interests of the students. The
program was related to different units taught, meanwhile, in Arabic and French class,
then tasks done in art class were aligned to the same topic (family and friend’s
relationships, the four seasons, saving the earth, culture, and identity, etc.)
✓ Developing age-appropriate instructional strategies to achieve art curriculum goals. In
fact, for kg2 the courses were brief learning, inspired by the primary art program.
✓ Providing instructions that encourage students to understand and appreciate art.
Preparing a class display to teach the student how to present their work and enhance
their self-confidence.
✓ Setting and maintaining acceptable standards of classroom behavior to establish an
orderly learning environment.
✓ Preparing progress reports.
✓ Decorating the event’s area.

The company’s activity consists of building registration on Dubai Land Department
(DLD) and TECOM (stores, apartments, factories, hospitals, etc.) My tasks were to: control the
architectural plans, calculate the area, prepare the registration plans of each property (unit and
building), contact the owners and the contractors to collect all the information and documents
required for registration as well as collaborate with the surveyor who works in the site in need
to take photos and measures of the building. Furthermore, I attended seminars, fairs, and
training courses to present the company's activities, get new projects, and promote the work.

Mseddi Design was an interior design office that I had set up to begin the accurate work
of entrepreneurship and project management. Being a creator, a renovator, a site manager, and
a commercial agent was a required feature to build up the profile of an interior designer.
I focused on creating functional and useful spaces, then creating a lot with the minimum
of material consumption, and finally achieving clients' satisfaction. Each project had a feature
that differentiates it from the other projects in terms of implementation. In general, the stages
to be carried out were:
✓ Holding a kick-off meeting with the client during which the building is checked, the
requirements and the goals are gathered, and scope and deadlines are defined
✓ Raising the dimensions, making proposals of conception, identifying the necessary
interventions, then, contacting customers to clarify every detail about the decided
idea, the process, and the cost estimate
✓ Preparing models, architectural and executive plans ns, and work schedules.
✓ Overseeing all items of work agreed with customers and ensuring that they are
implemented according to design and specifications
