management and mechanical completion, for a major polyethylene project
in Qatar. Executed installation and pre-commissioning of static and rotary
equipment, complete piping installation, testing activities, and the
construction and pre-commissioning of a 132 kV substation.

Prioritized construction and testing progress based on PD, NPD, and NPS
systems/sub-systems to ensure timely completion and certification.

As a I carried out inspections of joint preparation, fit-up, butt joints,
and welds. I prepared NAPIS inspection requests, fabrication and fit-up
reports, weld maps, test packages, and welding history sheets. I
coordinated third-party radiography and PWHT activities, prepared NDE
permits, reviewed test packages for clearance, and performed line checks
before hydro testing. I scheduled, conducted, and witnessed
hydro/pneumatic tests with the client and completed full documentation of
test packages after testing. Reinstatement of piping system after pressure
tests.

Provided project management services for WELLBRED Qatar in Qatar Gas,
including maintenance scheduling, monitoring, and site operations support.
Developed project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans, and
coordinated method statements, QA/QC plans, and lifting plans. Selected
proper handling tools and prepared material handling schematics for
valves, spools, and equipment while identifying project phases, assigning
personnel, and evaluating contractor bids. Determined project schedules,
controlled costs, approved expenditures, and administered contractor
contracts.

• Served across numerous technical capacities throughout tenure with Al-Suwaidi, the leading construction group in the Persian Gulf and an ISO certified company concentrating in oil and gas, petrochemical, iron and steel, and mineral processing sectors across Saudi Arabia.
• Operated as a Piping Foreman for the Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery project, supervising piping tasks such as pipe spool fabrication, piping erection, modifications, and tie-ins, as well as structural fabrication and erection jobs including cable bridges, pipe bridges, Flares and access platforms.
• Conducted pneumatic tests, hydro tests, and service tests following project completion.
• Evaluated joint preparation, fit up sleeves, and butt joints and welds, as well as client inspection requests, fabrication inspection reports, fit up inspection reports, test packages, and weld maps.
• Orchestrated third-party radiographies and Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) activities including the preparation of permits for Non-Destructive Examination (NDE).
