Responsibilities:
# Conduct Agile Maturity assessment and provide a roadmap to implement recommendations
# Own and drive the transformation roadmap for implementation
# Set up Agile Transformation Program (ATP) office and core working team to engage with key stakeholders to implement the recommendations

This reporting project was done in a record time of 1.5 months and delivered 1 day before the ACMA deadline. Business reporting of this data was then done from EDW.
