One of the key members to establish the Internal Control Unit in Retail Banking Operations
Conducting in Operations Control of various Retail Banking Operations departments and Retail Stores.
Validating implementation of recommendations and finalizing & reviewing reports to ensure quality.
Risk focused formulation and implementation of control plan.
Undertake control unit activities according to banks policies and procedures, Regulatory requirements & best practice.
Provide proactive solutions for control issues relating to significant areas of risk.
Administering System access and reviewing risk to priorities audits based on the risk scores.

Contribute by assisting in fraud and other special investigations.
Sending periodical reports to SAMA. Follow-up with the units for the Complaint that exceeds the SLA.
Supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within the team.
Follows up on audit recommendations to assure implementation of promised corrective action.
Preparation of monthly report on the status of pending audit issues for prompt action using Information System.
Established the Card Production Unit in Card Operations, for Debit/Credit cards.
Contributed for re-designing of Debit/Credit cards.
Co-ordinate with Product team for re-designing of all the marketing collaterals.
Preparing & circulate the daily MI for whole Operation Units’ to the higher authority. (OPERATIONAS DASHBOARD)
