equipment to ensure smooth execution of projects and Annual Shutdown; executed key contracting /
procurement strategies and confirmed that strategies & plans are aligned with the projects and
Shutdown requirement
• Establishing long-term partnerships with global suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance
to ensure material delivery, cost, delivery and quality norms
• Coordinating with Trade team for opening and establishment of Letter of Credits to suppliers and
ensuring timely payment to suppliers
• Coordinating with 3PL for material movement after verification of all shipping documents.
• Preparing MIS reports of the department process with a view to appraising top management.

• Responsible for end-to-end procurement services related to project purchases for an integrated steel
plant.
• Managed the PR2PO process for the client, including spend analysis, RFx management, supplier
selection and evaluation, vendor development and onboarding, L1 determination, negotiation,
conducting e-auctions, preparing POs, and managing supplier relations for effective order execution
• Identified opportunities for optimization and commercial innovation, working with cross-functional
teams to release annual rate contracts (ARC) for the C- class items.
• Procured materials through the Government e-market portal (GeM) for high value items and conducted
market analysis to support strategic buying decisions.

buying decisions
