- Identify, review and analyze (best practices, training initiatives based on research and updated training contents and modules as applicable).

- Establish relationships with external training centers and institutions and develop related directories and databases with relevant information on trainers and external training calendars.
- Prepare and coordinate an action plan after each executive seminar to be reported to the top management with all the findings.
