• Responsible for all PR and external communications.
• Assisting the B.M. in daily office activities.
• Handling general office activities.
• Responsible to collect accounts receivable and preparation of day to day account summary.
• Responsible to deposit all accounts collectable in principle bank and communicate daily collectables report to H.O.
• Maintain monthly stock customer wise keeping the stock in most optimum level to avoid high inventory cost.
• Responsible to deliver the goods through FIFO system.
• Responsible to meet the quality objectives in most effective manners
