I am working here as a MEP Planning and Cost control Engineer

Position- Quantity Surveyor

To assist the project control & commercial Manager in the effective management of the commercial & contractual activities on various project.
Preparation of monthly progress claims for work completed.
To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors.
Assist in the preparations of monthly cost report & forecast.
Attend site meeting with construction personnel to gain a greater understanding of site progress and performance.
Evaluating & verifying work order estimate submitted by contractor.
Preparing the Budget, Forecast, Cash flow & Revenue Reports.


Position- Planning Engineer


Monitors Progress Periodically & compares it with the baseline planning.
Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team.
Prepares daily, weekly, & Monthly progress reports.
Estimation preparation for additional work quotation
Attend various meetings (internal & external) such as commercial, contractual & Progress with consultant and sub-contractors.
Site visits to evaluate & certify the quantity of work done.
Material, Manpower Planning and Scheduling.
Performs any other related duties related to commercial / Contractual Task as assigned.
Attend meeting with Subcontractors to finalize payments & variation.
