ماجستير في الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع، أكثر من ٢٥ سنه في الإدارة الهندسية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، شغلت خلالها عدد من المناصب القياديّة، وآخر عمل لي قبل عمل الحالي هو في شركة ارامكو السعودية.
أعمل حالياً نائباً للرئيس التنفيذي لشركة المياه الوطنية - مسؤول عن قيادة قطاع المشاريع والخدمات الفنية بشركة المياه الوطنية)، للإدارة والإشراف على تنفيذ حقيبة مشاريع تزيد قيمتها عن ٥٠ مليار ريال سعودي.

• Responsible for all Buildings and civil works Design and Execution for one of Saudi Aramco Mega Projects (Billions dollars), handling the design and the execution of the project from a management and technical perspective. All works related to the Civil SOW for the project are under my supervision.
• Head of Procurement, Quality, Buildings, Construction and Subcontracting Disciplines.
• Ensuring the Scope of Work is carried out according to Aramco approved standards, specifications and within the approved schedule.

In addition to the above, I hold the responsibility of: (Project Risk Management, Buildings Risk Assessment, Early Works, Traffic Study, Logistic and Security & Safety).

• Responsible for all civil works and Buildings Design for one of Saudi Aramco Mega Project (Billions dollars), handling the design progress of the project from a management and technical perspective. All works related to the Civil Scope of Work (SOW) of the project are under my supervision.

• Ensuring the SOW is carried out according to Aramco approved standards, specifications and within the approved schedule. Also, I hold general responsibility for the entire project in the following respect: Project Risk Management, Buildings Risk Assessment, Early Works, Traffic Study, and Logistic.

• Terminal Management System (TMS) Project with a budget of $12 million U.S. Dollars.
 New expansion to accommodate additional loading arms and extra area for new tanker truck staging, which required extensive coordination with different stakeholders.
• Hasbah Gas Sulfur Project at Ras Tannura Bulk Plant
 Installation of new bottom loading bays for diesel loading with associated metering requirements and with sufficient space to accommodate bays for other future liquid product loading services.
• Traffic Study for Ras Tannura Bulk Plant new expansion.

Responsibility included, but was not limited to:

1) Reviewing different projects monthly progress reports, monthly payment reports, schedules.
2) Conducting strategic studies, external Audits to all contractors.
3) Supporting deferent Projects Managers for any technical issues.

Different Positions in different projects, such as (Project Manager, Civil Works Section Head, Pipeline Works Section Head, Quality Assurance Section Head, Materials Branch Head, Contracts Section Head and Survey Works Section Head).

The main responsibilities was involved but not limited to:

 Observing and monitoring Contractors daily construction Underground and Above Ground activities.
 Monitoring and ensuring all works are performed in accordance with approved Specifications, Drawings, and Schedule.
 Checking the work performed is as per the required quality and standards.
 Following up of the approved General Provision, Contracts.
 Reviewing monthly progress and approving Contractors monthly payments.
 Directing and Managing Sections administration issues.
