Working In Sun Pharma which is the No 1 Pharmaceutical industry in India.
I am working in the gastro division and am very much happy to work because the environment and the work culture are suitable for me just because of the transparency.
My first-line goal is to Work as a First Line Manager and then Second. In Sun I have got a chance to continue the learning process and I am very much excited to learn more new things and improve my abilities.

I have joined Eris life sciences as a medical representative in Berhampore HQ. Here I understand who is my key customer and why?
In this organization, I have gathered 5 things-
1. What is the key role of a sales executive
2. What are the secondary and primary things in the Pharmaceutical industry
3. How to deal with the customer with the main objective
4. In which order do I have to work i.e niche
5. Work Smartly don't do hard work, because I have worked in the previous company and there I learned to do hard work, not smart work.

This is my first organization where I have learned a lot of things including mentorship and the customers. I have visited 700+ Chemists all over my territories. I understand How the Pharma industry is running, why there is a huge scope and the opportunities behind it. My first line was very helpful to me and he supported me every day.
But overall I have decided to move on. #gsk Under #Randstad India
