LOGISTICS COORDINATOR في NICO INTERNATIONAL

 Mobilize manpower and materials for onboard attendance.
 Co-ordinate with stores, operations and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
 Negotiate with Vendors regarding Tariff/ rent when hiring any Equipment or vehicle.
 Regularly coordinate with all concerned division regarding the hiring period and the deployment of each vehicles and equipment on lease.
 Transport arrangements for different divisions and other sites.
 Arranging vehicles & equipment from Port of Fujairah for loading and offloading ship spares & tools.
 Mobilization of technician from Camps for Immigration Clearance and also coordinate with concerned Shipping agents for their timely boarding.
 Coordinate with sub-contractors and arrange their immigration clearance, and exit formalities, when required.
 Preparing purchase orders for hired equipment & vehicle and keep proper documentation.
 Cheque dispatch for suppliers, as well as invoice & document delivery to the respective clients/agents.
 Handling with the arrangements for waste oil & scrap disposal with the permission of Port of Fujairah.
 Gate passes arrangement for visitors, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers etc. on requests.
 Keeping a record of all outstanding deliveries and ensure the dispatch on vessel’s next call.
 Customs Clearance for incoming and outgoing items (Port to Port, Shipment to various countries etc…)
 Maintaining up-to-date record of all outgoing spares and ensuring the entry of the same spares within the deadline provided by the Fujairah Port Custom Department.
 Corresponding with the vessel regarding their ETA to anchorage.
