• Upgrading of all regional and out of country warehouses to improve warehouses inventory control system for business development.
• Implementation of Oracle program to all regional and outside country warehouses to have online transactions through system

• Organize quarterly stock inventory physical counting for finish goods and raw material, packing material, fragrances with proper handling.
• Proper utilization of warehouse area to accommodate maximum products in warehouses to use different kind of racks system.
• Follow up for local and export shipments with transportation company for dispatching purpose
• Implement mini max in Central warehouses to maintain order management system as well as reservation.
• Participate to interview new applicant’s selection for skilled staff hiring for regional warehouses.
• Review all kind of safety and security measures to have secure work environment with require equipment’s to secure company property
• Review all warehouses capacity reports on daily bases for smooth transfer of goods from factories to regional warehouses.
• Coordinate with sales for achieving targets monthly. Quarterly or yearly.
• Any task given by top management to support the organization business development ready to do.
• Products handled in the warehouses are, furniture, fabric, rugs, carpet, carpet tiles & underlay sheets, glue etc.
• Frequently visiting to all KSA warehouses to maintain work operation smoothly.
• Organize quarterly and annual stock inventory for all products through scanner as well as physical count for auditing porpoise.
• Follow up all building structure in /out at all warehouse if required any kind of maintenance or repair report to top Concern authority immediately to take necessary action.
• Record all regional warehouses rent, electricity and other documents file with renewal contracts
• Review all kind of safety and security measures to have secure work environment with require equipment’s to secure company property
• Closely follow up warehouses capacity reports on daily bases for smooth transfer goods from factories to regional warehouses.
• Provide full logistic support to sales division to achieve targets monthly, Quarterly and yearly.
• Any challengeable task given by top management to support the organization business development ready to do.
• Products handled in the warehouses are, furniture, fabric, rugs, carpet, carpet tiles & underlay sheets, glue etc.
• Update all warehouse stock on monthly base and close all invoices with finance
• Follow up fax, email & telephone communication with all related branches & key customers
• Take care of export and national shipments with proper documents before release the shipments.
• Prepare require documents for export, key account customer and branches shipment.
• Monitoring daily attendance for all warehouses staff through monthly report with HR and finance
• Prepare monthly schedule for warehouses & production staff.

Following up shipment plans and ensuring shipping on time
Participated in physical stock inventory count with finance department

I feel this is very important course for each and every one works in warehouse / logistics and supply chain management to have clear view of work operation successfully. According to marketing analyses we have to be very smart to process export shipments from one destination to other and make sure all documents work process are complete in advance to avoid any kind of miscommunication during shipments.
