1. Posting & processing of day to day payroll transactions into the payroll system for end of the month cut off
process.
2. Research, analyze and resolve problems or questions presented by employees or departments using knowledge of the entire payroll function
3.Calculate leave entitlements and indemnities on request
4. Review and adjust the payroll with the time sheets for every employee to ensure proper entry of data

8. Manages recruitment process including screening CV’s of qualified candidates, conducting interviews and recording database for HR department and keep it up-to-date
9. Maintains strict confidentiality of employee’s’ records as per company guidelines
10. Ensures that employee Change of Status forms are done in line with KFG policies and delivered on time
11. Assisting Employees on Bio-metric, Bank Account opening, Privilege card, etc.
12.Provides Administrative support to HR Business Partners
13. Supports with exit formalities documentation for leavers, analyzes data and reports information and recommendations to reduce staff turnover
14.Prepares and implements relevant reports and processes to ensure departmental efficiency
