• Administer and manage Contractor and Consultant Contracts, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Evaluate contractor payment applications, providing insightful recommendations for informed decision-making.
• Review variations and new rates, preparing comprehensive reports to assist in decision-making.
• Assess and recommend approval for insurances, payment guarantees, and performance bonds.
• Prepare notifications of variation and final variation approvals with cost impact analysis.

• Draft Taking Over Certificates and Performance Certificates with meticulous attention to detail.

• Quantity take-off for all elements based on pricing preambles and compiling the tender BOQ descriptions.
• Identifies the subcontract element in the tender and float enquiry for obtaining quotation, evaluate the quotation and prepare a comparison report to finalize the subcontractor. Analyzes and compares quotations received at bid stage and clarifying qualifications within.
• Preparing of Contract Deliverables such as unit rate breakdown, insurances, guarantees, material submittals, and subcontractor prequalification documents for submission to the Consultants/Clients.
• Preparing and agreeing payments applications/valuations and submitting the same in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions as per works progress.
• Preparing and compiling variation claim document with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer.
• Analyze and recommend Subcontract payment application based on actual progress of S/C work.
• Any additional task assigned by superior/reporting head.
• Draw and plot plans, profile and cross-section of canals and dams using Autodesk Auto CAD.
• Review plans, profiles and cross-sections for estimation of bill of materials/quantities and unit cost derivations of work activities.
• Prepare Program of Works for the agency’s project implementation.
• Conduct field work investigation, survey sampling and technical writing report for feasibility study.
• Prepare bidding documents, technical specifications, and bill of quantities of projects for bidding purposes.
• Post procurement and award contracts to winning bidders/suppliers on Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System.
• Consolidate and update irrigation project inventory and accomplishment reports of on-going project
• Responsible in evaluation, analysis and understanding Loss Prevention of various properties to be insured.
• Survey businesses for Property - Fire, Earthquake, Typhoon, Flood and other exposures, identifying hazards to loss and how business can control these loss exposures. If deficient in protecting for a loss exposure, recommendations for improvement will be offered.
• Underwriting information concerning an account’s operation, size, area and other pertinent information needed will be submitted to the requesting party. Writing and proofreading reports for underwriters.
• Attending site visits by carrying out detailed site surveys by assessing and evaluating risk to buildings, employees or customers by undertaking appropriate research, providing advice to clients and making recommendations about required improvements.
• Assigning quality grades after improvements have been made.
• Liaising with health and safety inspectors, clients, insurance brokers and underwriters.
• Collecting photographs as evidence.
