- Responsible for all the Company files
- Communicates as often as necessary to the Managing Director regarding payables and other matters concerning accounts that needs his approval and signature; prepares invoices; prepares cheque and vouchers for payment
- Responsible for the inventory and requisition of office stationeries
- Handles Petty Cash and other related tasks as instructed by the directors
- Prepares Quotations, LPO’s and Invoices using Dolphin System
- Prepares monthly payroll of the Staff
- Prepares Contract of all staff
- Files vouchers for every transaction made by the company
