Responsibilities & Tasks handled:
Forecasting aircraft maintenance schedule and providing work scope to CAR 145 team.
Liaison with CAR 145 department.
Monitor the line and base maintenance schedule (short/long term forecast), make sure all inspection are
carried out in a timely manner and in compliance with continuous airworthiness management.
Lead and manage the Aircraft Maintenance Program/Documents and update tracking system.
Liaison between Technical Operations and OEM’s for technical query that arise.
Monitoring of deferred defects/MEL.
Utilization monitoring and reporting.
Management of part numbers on computerized maintenance tracking system.
Authoring of Technical Information Bulletins.
Liaison with third‐party maintenance providers.
Liaison with logistics and Procurement Department.
Liaise with logistics for the components work scope and subject for repairs/overhauls.
Lead & manage monthly component forecast report.
Lead & manage Base check report Bi‐weekly (Gantt & bar charts) for effective planning checks schedule.
Trainer (Aerotrac system) for new staff and engineers. Providing general overview of the tracking system.
Tracking system administrator, build aircraft configuration (schedule tasks, components & publications).
Perform aircraft documents review and tasks bridging check for airworthiness certificate application.
Monitor technical records for projects update to make sure all tasks are performed in compliance with
airworthiness management.
Liaise with the Line supervisors for daily checks.
Liaise with RW Base maintenance manager for the base checks and discuss work scope.
Review of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and OEM approved data.
Other duties as assigned by Director - CAMO Director.
Responsibilities & Tasks handled:
Monitor OEM publications updates for reviews
Maintain OEM updates on maintenance tracking system, company computers and company network.
Manage Aircraft documents and certificates validity and updates onboard.
OEM Liaison
Provides assistance to ARC review relating to publications documents.
Authoring of Technical Information Bulletins.
Perform continuous contact with Telecommunications Regulatory Authority for Radio License certificates
application and renewals, and maintain updates of Portable Locator Beacon installed on the aircraft for
search and rescue team.
Maintain Technical Publications inventory of all manuals and perform regular inspection of publications
electronic or hardcopy assigned in departments.
Maintain active technical publications subscriptions for the fleet.
Performs regular check on OEM website for updates and manage access.
Performs inspection and trouble shoot OEM Manual database software and websites to provide easy access
on aircraft shared technical library documents.
Responsible in demonstrating that Technical Publication documents and systems are up‐to‐date.
Manage and maintain the technical publication subscription services with the OEM and STC holders.
Maintain a register of all non‐subscribed publications.
Carryout update checks for all non‐subscribed publications on a regular basis.
Register and maintain all publication amendments into the computer system.
Update all soft & hard copy technical publications within the CAMO and Technical Operations.
Issue and manage technical publication transmittals as required.
Register all approved data publications and distribute for departmental review.
Manage Technical Publications Clerks.
Other duties as assigned by Director ‐ CAMO.
Responsibilities & Tasks handled:
Manage Continuing Airworthiness Records/aircraft documentations for the customers.
Assist the Planning Engineer in records checking, closing of complied work packs and work cards.
Assist the Planning Engineer in reviewing of complete due work packs, phase checks and other maintenance
checks.
Assist the Continuing Airworthiness Manager and Planning Engineer in aircraft airworthiness records review
projects.
Review and closure of maintenance work packs.
Maintain computer based maintenance tracking system records for all fleet controlled aircraft and
components.
Ensure the safekeeping of aircraft documentation.
Ensure the correct archiving of aircraft documentation.
Review aircraft Technical Log Sector Record Pages and Work Packs for errors and ensure any errorsare
rectified before archiving.
Report any problems encountered to the Planning Manager.
Liaise with other departments as required.
Aircraft Maintenance System Administrator (RAL/RUSADA)
Manage company website for updates and press releases.
Events Coordinator (Airshow) Office Administrator ‐ provides administrative support to the rest of the team as appropriate and performs other duties, which may be required from time to time.
Training coordinator ‐ provides administration support to AVISA UK training department for offered courses inside UAE.
Other duties as assigned by Director - CAMO.
Department Coordinator - Quality Assurance Safety & Security Department, • Provide assistance to VP of QASS, Safety Mgt. System Manager, and Ground Safety & Security manager.
• Document controller, establish and maintains confidential files for the department.
• Manage & update engineering authorization records.
• Update Audit Schedule on completion of audit or Corrective Action
• Keep track records of personal and official documents
• Answer the phone, taking messages in absence of the managers
• Handle stationary items for QASS.
• Provide assistance in making business documentations, and correspondents and requisitions.
• Provide assistance manual editing and formatting for the department.
Document Controller - Human Resource and Administration Department, • Encodes and update data onto HRMS
• Process’s payments for staff ticket encashment.
• Maintain coordination between all sections.
• Handle Medical Insurance correspondents.
• Document controller, establish and maintains confidential employee files and department records. Adds new material to file records, sort to classification and identification, Implements filing system if necessary. Serves as a custodian of HR personnel files
• Provide assistance to Administration Services (Public Relation Officers and Support Service Admin.) in maintaining a proper filing system and distributing Visa’s, documents and identification cards to concerned employees
• Customer Service & Reception, Demonstrate ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while preserving strict confidentiality
• Maintain Incoming and Outgoing Couriers with proper documentation, track of movement of office drivers and messengers.
• Handle stationary items in Royal Jet Head office, prepare for requisition of needed items and keeping inventory records.
