Develop and executive varied and integrated communications products including print publications, newsletters, online communications, invitations, flyers media and public relations.
Handle press conferences, producing detailed proposals for events, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets, Team building Activities, coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings, coordinating, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
Evaluate and report on the reach and impact of media activities and provide timely and relevant insights to the business through regular media monitoring and contribute copy to campaign evaluations.
Manages and executes the drafting of news releases, media statements, key messages and briefing documents on organizational initiative/public issue, and communicates confidential strategic information.
Prepare speeches, press releases and ensure correct diffusion

Open new channels ( newspapers, TV, Radio...etc)
Discuss with them a new subject related to our projects & sector
Develop and communicate a full calendar of media relations activity and organize press events

Ensure the company protects and promotes its image in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner.
Assisting in administrative tasks as required such as preparation of reports and meeting authorized personnel and assisting them during field missions.
Answering queries and providing information and counseling Syrians refugees over the Helpline Service.
Reporting on the concerns raised by refugees and keeping frequent internal contacts with staff members in the same duty station to refer vulnerable cases and to exchange information.
Referring vulnerable cases and sharing information of the situation of refugees with relevant parties
Directing incidents & problems to the supervisor
Preparing reports & updating the data base
Assisting with field visits occasionally and other community outreach activities and additionally undertake other relevant duties as required
Acting as interpreter in the exchange of routine information, contribute to related liaison activities and respond directly to routine queries.
Collecting data and other information relevant to UNHCR and report to the supervisor accordingly.
Keeping regular contacts with local authorities and implementing partners as requested by supervisor in coordination with implementing persons of concern to UNHCR.
•Registering and interviewing Refugee applicants, checking their documents and eligibility criteria, and processing their documents for payment.
•Designing data collection tools (baseline surveys, activity feedback forms, project tracking tables, etc.).
•Establishment and maintenance of mechanisms for capturing, analyzing, reporting/sharing and applying M&E findings & information
•Assisting in planning, execution and follow up of quality education interventions.
•Following up with partners, schools, communities and refugees to ensure accurate data for each activity (attendance lists, pre-posttests, etc.) meeting requirements.
•Fulfilling a complete set of documents on each quality education related activity implemented according to CRS’ policies and procedures and coordinating with different CRS support
departments.
•Maintaining records and all documents or administration and filing systems for the project as it pertains to the job.
•Conducting field visits for refugee, public and private schools to check student's attendance closely.
Developing marketing and budget plans for the Chamber
Following up and developing commercial opportunities identifying and negotiating with sponsors and business partners
Planning and developing promotional material used to promote CCFE he different target markets such as brochures, advertising material, press kits and point of sale material.
Handle all types of promotional media campaigns
Grow business volume in the local market, while maintaining good level of profitability.
Coordination & Business Development of the yearly Employment Fair (Cairo)
Attending exhibitions & Conferences
Face-lift the existing bi-monthly magazine L’Antenne and increase its distribution
Selling Ads for the Chamber’s Business Directory and its economic Bi-monthly magazine L’Antenne- (6 yearly issues)
Developing contra deals with various media & commercial partners
Documenting business contract review
Reporting marketing performance to the management
Provide assistance to all departments and membership review
Promote existing services to members and create new ones attracting new members.
