I supported the EMEA Marketing Department with the implementation and execution of the annual marketing strategy across the region, with experience in DOS and Wholesale & Franchise partners. My Role included:
• Working with cross functional stakeholders, including but not limited to PR, Digital, Creative, Retail, Buying, and Merchandising, to ensure the maximization of all marketing activity potential.
• Preparing and executing email campaigns across the region to the Jimmy Choo retail and outlet database, related to event invitations, product arrivals, and regional launches. This included preparing design and CRM briefs, email development and testing.
• Assisting with the bi-annual Preview Sale and Official Sale campaign, including the execution of Preview Sale events, and the development of email and social media campaigns.
• Managing creative request briefs to the Visual Department, including emails, printed invitations, and event collateral, from briefing to confirming sign off.
• Project managing the production of specific regional marketing materials, including in store client gifts and branded materials.
• Assisting with retail event production, which included liaising closely with external suppliers and Store Managers.
• Attending UK retail animations to help support the execution of the event, and compiling event reports that is shared within the team.
• Managing the EMEA Retail marketing calendar that is shared during the weekly team meetings.
• Assisting the EMEA Marketing Department with the launches of the Jimmy Choo Autumn Winter 19 pop-ups, including Harrods, Tsum and Galeries Lafayette.
• Compiling marketing asset packages for every seasonal campaign launch, to be shared with the Department Stores across the region, and tracking the coverage on each Department Stores’ social media channels.
• Preparing briefs for paid social media campaigns for specific regional launches, including pop-ups, product launches, and local social events.
• Assisting the EMEA Head of Marketing with the Regional Influencer Program, including gifting proposals and monitoring social media coverage.
• Researching competitive brands and compiling brand analysis presentations.

• Liaising with Wholesale & Franchise partners in the Middle East and Africa to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the brand image, reporting back to the Jimmy Choo Wholesale & Franchise Marketing Manager.
• Manage & tracking invoices - this included updating the EMEA Marketing budget tracker and being the point of contact with Finance and external partners.
