- Conduct viewings for vacant and upcoming vacant units with potential tenants.
- Collect all relevant information from potential tenants and initiate the booking process.
- Assist new tenants during the booking process to initiate the new lease process where required.
- Keeping up to date information about the assigned buildings and provide occupancy and vacancy reports when requested by management.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, processing paperwork and ensuring its completion.
- Maintain a database of existing tenants. Ensure that all proper and legal documents required are received, valid and updated into the system
- Provides tenant customer service by responding to tenant’s inquiries or complaints. Investigate complaints and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
- Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others Getting members of the team to work together to accomplish tasks.
- Conduct any other tasks or duty as entrusted by the Company.
