Handled ocean and air import and export shipments from quotation, booking to invoicing, coordinating/ and obtaining freight quotes for shipments and negotiate freight rates with counterparts and associate agents. Also, prepared import/export documentation in a timely manner, ensuring correctness, completeness, and compliance of commercial documents and forwarding necessary documentation to customs brokers.
