Job Summary:
Regularly monitor client database for strict follow-up among existing clients, regarding replenishment order.
Promote medical items for new clients, and update existing clients for new medical packages and offered medical price items; aimed to attain more profit in sales, and increase clients on master list database.

Detailed duties and Responsibilities
• Perform cold calling on a daily basis, to new researched clinics; aimed to promote medical items; smooth service in the ordering process, and convenient transaction upon delivery schedule.
• Update and follow-up loyal clients through constant email, regarding replenishment of medical supplied items.
• Create quotation for enquiry on new clinics; or upon client existing request for new medical packages to send to loyal customers, which ignites loyal clinics to reserve or expedite next order.
• Arrange meeting and or appointment with highly professional doctors, and or purchasing in-charge on health organization; for product viewing, and or product consultation.
• Attend company meeting, to contribute my knowledge regarding practical and effective buying strategies for clients; and disclose competitors’ prices to keep up with client’s awareness, influenced by other medical item providers.
• Communicate with supplier by telecomm; for confirmed order from clients, and likewise ensure exact item requirement through sending purchase order via email.
• Submit confirmation order to clients via email for clarification, and double checking on final order.
• Generate report to send daily for company record, and everyday output remarks; including tracking order schedule delivery of confirmed orders; and status of other client pending orders.
