DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Taking their orders from the telephone.
Greet the customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Ask from the Kitchen Staff of which food items are not available.
Asking their room numbers and which floor number as well. when I’m delivering
Writing their orders on the Tracking sheet.
Posting the customers orders on the POS system.
Informing the Kitchen Staff, through the POS system in Verbal Communication.of customer special requests/adjustments.
Sending the KOT in the Kitchen.
Delivering their orders in their office
Presenting the Bill.
We are reserving also for the banquet order, When they want to book for the catering event.
We are doing set up on the tables and organizing all the chairs.
We are doing the buffet set up
Serving the food and beverages.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the food and beverages preparation on buffet.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Greeting and assisting guest with prompt and courteous service.
Bring and assists the guests on their tables.
Give menu to the guests and taking orders then serve it.
Upsell the foods and drinks of the day as we have to suggest.
Organizing tables, seats and station numbers.
Arranging all tables and seats if there’s had any reservation.
Ensured the area is neat and sanitized.
Handling the guest complaints.
Assisting the Guest on their tables.
Refilling the water on their tables
