Responsible to assist in attainment of certification and international accreditation for GWC by establishing quality procedures and reviewing them periodically.
Ensure that developed and approved procedures are implemented and followed accordingly through internal audit activities and monitoring of day to day operation
Perform periodical audit such as contractual, management systems, procedural, legal requirement compliance verification.
Monitor, establish and suggest corrective action upon identification of any gaps related to process/ contractual obligations and/ or legal requirement.
Gather information for statistical evaluation and analysis mainly to initiate improvement activities and establish lean process
To develop documented procedures according to the present processes encompassing all requirement mandated by ISO/ contracts/ law
Modifies and updates the structure and procedures of the quality system in consultation with other departments
Spearhead awareness activities to ensure that all employees and top management are committed in the implementation of policies, manuals and other requirements.
Establishes and monitors the quality of the products by generating comprehensive standards.
Provide effective preventive and corrective countermeasures in case of defect occurrence.
Secure raw materials used in assembly lines and the finished products itself follow standard specifications by monitoring daily In-process defect ratio.
Responsible in providing different quality standards such as System Standards, System Procedures, Working Instruction, Inspection Standards and others.
Provides analysis report upon customer’s request in case of customer claim occurrences.
Implementation and monitoring of different standard procedures such as 5S Implementation, Work Compliance & Critical Process audits
Develops the methodology to educate students about the topic, specifically Electronics, Communications, Mathematics and General Engineering Science’s related topics and then implementing it in the classroom discussion.
Incorporate latest techniques in industry with classroom discussions to enhance the analytical thinking and skills of the students in practical applications.
Use effective motivation to help stimulate a personal desire to learn the subject/skill(s), and also continue to strive to improve instruction skill.
Deals with the improvements & trainings of Design Engineers.
Gives support and recommendations to Production Division to improve quality and productivity.
Makes improvement plans for Materials Cost Reduction activity.
Makes rules and procedures to standardize the process of sample design group works.
Receive sample inquiries from customers and design and assemble requested samples based on their required electrical, physical, and mechanical specifications (SONY, S&O, XENON etc.).
Conduct different material testing and evaluations (such as Thermal Shock, Humidity test, Drop test, Temperature etc.) using different equipment.
Make a monthly report of sample sales to monitor the growth and profit of the sample designs received.
Establish new models’ production line, and prepare its necessary document for mass production to ensure that production follows the standards and design specifications.
Formulate different rules and standards for new model establishment. Make the necessary documents and evaluation such as FMEA, PPAP, Working Standards, Product Specifications and other engineering related documents.
