Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and
copying to management and data entry.
 Prepare correspondence (internal i.e. MEMO, Warning Letters, Acceptance of Resignation,
etc) and (external i.e. response to Managers, Clients, etc.) as required by the Head
Manager.
 Consolidating projects report and presentation and maintaining Commercial files and
keeping records of all projects contract agreement and Sub-contract agreements.
 Preparing for the monthly target collection forecast as per the figure advised by GM for all

Making the Price Comparison (sheet) for various project materials and select the lowest price possible
and get MD’s approval of the same.
 Assisting Project Manager in preparing project Contracts.
 Applying for Tender bond and bank guarantees required for each projects.
 Assisting the Project Manager and QS in preparing final selling price from dry cost.
 Filling in the BOQ manually and manually checking
 Preparing Quotations for projects additional works
 Ensuring accuracy of Pre-Qualification documents prior to submission to Client/Consultants.
 Ensuring that Pre-Qualification and registration are up-to-date with regards to pre-qualified workgroup
activities with any Private, Government, and Oil & Gas Clients.
 Electronic submission of Tender proposals/bids using MAXIMO.
 Consolidating MEP tender clarifications (if required) and to send it to the Client
 Conducting Client visit with my superior with some companies regarding Pre-qualification and
registration.
 Consolidating all the Suppliers payment dues (project-wise) and follow-up with the Accounts
Department for their payment resolution
 Coordinating with departments to collect the reports/Costing Sheets/Bill of Quantities and filling Bill of
Quantities.
 Preparing project Submittals (i.e. shop drawing submittal, material submittal, documents submittals) for
the new awarded project prior to commencement date
 Assisting Draftsman for basic revision for some drawing submittals in Autocad
 Maintaining log sheet for all project documents
 Uploading and follow up Inspection requesting for NOC to Municipality portal
 Applying/renewing for project’s Policy Insurance
 Applying Bank Guarantees and regular follow up with the Banks.
