• Working in PACS, RIS and DR based department.
• Performing all general radiography procedures (fixed and mobile, A&E radiography, lithotripsy, fluoroscopy, OPG and theater radiography.
• In-patients and Out-patients, Orthopedic work (leg lengths, scoliosis), Fluoroscopy cases: MCUG, Cystogram, UGI, Small Bowel Series, Barium/Contrast Enema, Speech Therapy Video Fluoroscopy, ERCP

• Participating on 24 hours duty rota (weekends, nights and public holidays) with area task assigned by the Supervisor.
• Performing daily QA test of x-ray machines and reporting any malfunctions to the Supervisor.
• Serving a diverse caseload for infants, children, adult patients, bariatric and geriatric patients.
• Participating in departmental meetings, goals and objectives, checking supplies.

• Portering ED patients back to their room after x-ray procedure.
• Training and supervising students and new staff.
• Operating DR machines: GE ii, GE Cardiac ii, Ziehm ii, Mini ii, O-arm ii,
GE Lithotripsy, GE mobile, GE Stationary, Philips Stationary, OPG

-The first Radiographer who started mammogram special procedures (Stereotactic, Guide-Wire Localization & FNA) and theatre radiography.

• Performed fixed and mobile imaging, A&E, fluoroscopy, OPG, mammogram procedures and theatre radiography.
• Participated in on-call after duty hours, also assisted the on-call radiologists for ultrasound procedures.
• Assisted the radiologists in ultrasound-guided FNA breast biopsy.
• Oriented and supervised new staff in all radiology procedures.
• Engaged in some clerical works ((typing of reports, booking patients and distributing patient reports to the wards).
• Checked and monitored supplies in the department.
• Reported machine malfunctions to the Supervisor or to the Biomed if the error occurred after duty hours.

• Performed routine and special procedures, A&E, OPG and mammogram procedures.
• Assisted the radiologists in fluoroscopy, stereotactic, guided-wire localization and FNA.
• Participated in reject analysis to see common errors and improve skills of the radiographers.
• Participated in 24-hour medical service on eight hours duty pattern.
• Had done auditing of the radiologist’s readers fees and mammogram procedures.
• Assigned in reception once per week for encoding x-ray requests.
• Checked and monitored stocks in all procedure rooms.
