• Administers business process documents and related manuals in facilitating ERP and other estimation department procedures.

• Maintains Estimation Department’s material and product cost database.

• Builds capability of newly hired team members on the concepts of the initial/basic company regulated standard estimation processes, rates and pricing procedures thru training, coaching, and mentoring.
