Responsible for the daily check-in/check-out and maintenance of more than 3 million dollars of high end film equipment. Simplified the check-out process and created back up inventory databases in preparation for service provider outages. Held one-on-one sessions with 50+ students and facilitated workshops on proper camera, sound and light techniques.
Led the data aggregation, cleaning, processing and visualization in R with the tidyverse ecosystem of packages. Worked on the data collection team, collecting 56 genetic samples of live sharks in a 60-square-kilometer area of ocean. Co-authored and presented preliminary findings at the Ecological Society of America to an audience of biological researchers.
Managed the climbing wall of a 2, 000 student institution and supervised bi-weekly climbing sessions. Performed the route-setting and basic maintenance of the wall, including placing and moving large volumes. Taught lead and top-roping skills as well as climbing movement and fitness to students.
Taught technology classes, including 3D Design, Claymation, and Video Game Development to 10 to 13 year olds. Supervised classes of 16 students for 8 hour days as the main person in charge of safeguarding.
