Responsible for Marketing strategies, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation to generate revenues for the organization.
Builds and maintains relationships with corporate and individual clients from various industries in Qatar.
Overseeing the provision of services. It’s an integral role to make sure that the training department is running as it possibly can, with smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and the needs of delegates, clients and customers.
Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Set performance metrics, evaluates productivity and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.
Develops and executes the strategic plan of the segment. Responsibilities also include identifying market and competitive trends, developing and redefining relevant business value propositions to match these trends as well as developing marketing strategies and programs to drive growth in the segment
• Identify business enablers, digital tools, events and campaigns that impact external segment customers and those that are seen as opportunities as new business
• Engage internal (channels and marketing) and external resources to deliver compelling integrated marketing and campaign programs that include online and offline collateral, advertising, PR, sales tool kits and training, etc.
• Lead, developed and managed a pool of training officers in the whole training cycle to ensure effective execution of strategic training programs
• Played a pivotal role in delivering seminars on lead generation workshop to Metrobank managers, officers and staff. This aims to enlighten Metrobankers on the essence of their Joint Venture partnership with AXA Philippines in achieving common business excellence.
