• Responsible in managing the operations and leading a group of team members of the shop in Dubai Duty Free Retail Store in the Airport.
• Ensures good relationship and all staff are highly motivated to reach common goal set by our company.
• Always aim to provide "World Class Service Standards" at all times and ensure to achieve daily objective in Retail Operations.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through consistent hard work and dedication.
• Monitor team’s customer service and sales performance by ensuring high quality standards are continuously met for optimum world class satisfaction.
• Engage in regular trainings and management development programs to update knowledge and grow expertise in leading a team and achieving expectations in a given time and urgency.
• Mentor potential team leaders and staff and develop overall team productivity for continued career growth.
• Maintain smooth opening and closing of operations according to shift through effective and efficient completion of shop floor procedures and floor walk.
• Collaborate with sales assistants, dedicated merchandisers and external suppliers to maintain optimum levels of communication for accurate and timely completion.
• Carry out assigned tasks and previous shift endorsements, ensuring compliance with relevant request and company regulations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction ratings by resolving issues efficiently.
• Provide instruction, coaching and motivation to all employees during the shift.
• Daily briefings, updates and follow up are transmitted clearly and delivered according to importance and urgency.
