- Responsible in incoming/outgoing flow of documents (Service agreements, fax, memo).
- Maintain document naming and filing system as per company standard.
- Circulates signed and approved service agreements and weekly QHSE reports.
- Coordinates with partner Travel Agency for staff ticket and hotel bookings and prepares LPO.
- Handling all Ooredoo transactions and queries such as monthly billing summary and request.

- Scanning, uploading, naming, filing and updating for corporate and HR client files.
- Archiving old and deleting unnecessary files.
- Organizing documents in box folders and manage original documents delivery/collection.
- Prepare reports on monthly activities or any other reports when requested.
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files, as well as print any required files, data summaries and reports.
- Maintain up-to-date, correctly named databases of files and summarized data (i.e renewed resident permit, new passport details etc.)
- Monitoring and notifying concerned personnel for expiring documents such as clients’ employee resident permit, driver’s license, company vehicles’ insurances and registrations as well as vehicles that are due for maintenance service.
- Handling and managing company’s vehicles for FAHES inspection and required maintenance.
- Accompanying employees in medical commission for medical test and in CIED for fingerprint appointment, when required.
- Collecting parcel, letters, documents in QPost and other courier Services.
- Collecting delivery order from logistics company.
- Collect and delivery of documents to the sponsor’s location or PRO in immigration and other ministries, when required.
Duties and responsibilities as reliever for DC post are as follows:
Responsible for incoming/outgoing flow of documents using correspondence program.
- Filing correspondence, documents, reports, shop drawings, and other important documents.
- Doing other office works such as typing, printing, scanning, filing, etc.
- Preparing weekly or monthly site progress report.
- Prepare the site staff attendance monthly.
- Performs other duties as assigned by upper line of authority within the scope of his
qualifications.

- Check all necessary and important utensils needed and maintain cleanliness of the galley,
dining and pantry area.
- Monitoring of dining equipment, utensils and wares as well as in the galley.
- Assists chief cook in preparing food in the kitchen/galley.
- Closely involved in storeroom operations, conduct monthly inventory of food/provision and
officers and crew’s personal supplies.
- Responsible in safe handling and loading of food/provision during monthly supply.
