Principal Activities:
- In charge of marketing the Clinique brand across the Middle East and India (9 markets)
- Responsible for the P&L managing an annual marketing budget of over 3 Million USD
- Developing and implementing a locally relevant marketing strategy and trade marketing calendar with main focus on gaining awareness and market share in KSA, while maintaining a strong UAE and KWT business.
- Liaising with regional EMEA as well as global NY headquarters ensuring local market needs are met while maintaining brand guidelines
- Successfully launched the brand's first full 360 advertising campaign including TV, digital and print media
- Driving the brand's digital strategy across all online touch points including website, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Search/SEM
- Managing new product forecasts and pricing as well as continuous forecast of over 700 in-line SKUs
- Responsible for in-store visual merchandising and implementation of global guidelines while ensuring locally relevant adaptation of all marketing related collateral
- Conducting strategic price increases taking tier pricing and competitor positioning into consideration
- Working with global product development identifying local product needs and filling existing lineup gaps
- Running consumer insight workshops and researches identifying key target audiences and segmentation for focus markets
- In charge of all promotional trade marketing activities (GWP, GWV, exclusives, prelaunches, special events)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships to key retailers (Alshaya, Al Tayer, Chalhoub Group, Paris Gallery)
- Managing a team of 3 with a dotted line to PR function ensuring PR activities are in line with marketing strategy

The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres, affiliated to the New York based International Council of Shopping Centers is the regional body representing shopping mall owners, developers, marketing managers, leasing managers and specialists, retailers, consultants, property managers, financiers, accountants, government officials and industry suppliers. The MECSC has been operating in the Middle East since 1994 and has hundreds of active members. MECSC is a voluntary body, governed by a Board and Executive Committee.
Principal activities:
-Responsible for the organisation of Shopping Centre Tours for Annual Convention, seminars and various Retail Organisations
-Creation of press releases for events and seminars
-Liaising with regional media to ensure publication of press releases and wide press coverage, secure interviews and expand network of media contacts
-Compilation and distribution of monthly e-newsletter
-Development of Franchisor/Retailer Directory as expansion of potential exhibitors and added value for members
-Responsible for Marketing and Sales of the "Retail Zone" at the exhibition area of the Annual Convention
-Promotion of MECSC and membership benefits at Annual Convention
-Securing of Sponsorship deals for Annual Convention
-Event Management for several seminars and workshops
-Composition of brochures and handout folders for seminars and workshops
