• Technical support, review architectural shop drawing submitted by contractors prior for approval and perform review of interim payment submitted by contractors.
• Observe site safety practices and progress of works and report any concern to Project Manager.
• Perform site supervision and inspection for Architectural works such as erection of precast cladding, installation of aluminum window & curtain wall and other Architectural finishing.
• Perform inspection of Precast delivered on site as per approved specification and supplier and make report for any findings direct to Project Manager.
• Supervise, monitor and inspected RFI submitted by contractor and perform project site coordination with all E/M and other construction discipline.
• Responsible to coordinate with all construction discipline and attended technical meeting to discuss some related problems and make some suitable solution.
• Monitor and supervised daily work activities on site to maintain quality of works to ensure compliance with approved shop drawing and method of statement.
• Perform and make some site visit report photo concerning quality of works and report direct to Project Manager.
