Duties and Responsibilities:

 Receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing documentation.
 Scanning, indexing and logging incoming and outgoing documents into Aconex.
 Distributing, scanning, indexing, filing, and archiving documents such as material submittals, drawings, financial contracts, and financial documents.

 Ensure that all documentation Systems are maintain properly in such a way that access to document is easy and fast
 Handle all related documents in each responsible area and maintain history files. To ensure that history files and documentation of project works are all updated/revised drawings are properly in place.
 Responsible for collecting and maintaining Construction files/documents for record and reference purposes.
 Provides system reports (All Pending Submittals Report, Document Submittals, Drawing Submittals, Material Approval Request, Incoming Material Report, Request for Information Report, Site Work Instruction Report, Non-Conformance Report, etc.)
 Maintain important documents like confidential files, memos, faxes and others related to project.
 Scans and photocopies the needed documents, drawings, etc.
 Regularly submits project transmittal to client for the documents (Inspection Request, Submittals, etc.) that were given to the contractor.
