• Managing and leading a project team, managing coordination of the partners and working groups of about a size of twenty people engaged in the project for Amine filtration.
• Assisting in the inspection of Manufacturing Industrial filters for Gas Sweetening to be in compliance with Client's Specifications (ASME Section VIII) and keeping deadlines.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan. Management of US$ 8M+ capital projects, specifying and purchasing capital equipment. Cost management.
• Resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports, and customer issues. Supervising the work of logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers.
• Monitoring project progress and performance and providing status reports to the project senior management and client.
• Supervision of fabrication and completion of Factory Acceptance test inspections.
• Documentation and Final Data Book documentation.

Project worked for: Enniskerry Water Supply Scheme

• Testing materials and checking that the workmanship is in compliance with the specification for the works.
• Checking the Contractor’s setting out and recording their daily activities.
• Setting out and surveying as instructed by the Senior Resident Engineer.
• Ensuring compliance with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work requirements.
• Providing and managing daily technical information on district meter areas, minimum night and cumulative flows and pressure reducing valves’ readings from telemetry.
• Working on the Water Conservation project and the Commercial Metering project.
• Working on daily leakage audit including leakage sounding on-site.

• My area of business covered design of wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations: DB
and DBO projects.
• Communication with suppliers and clients to prepare quotes.
• Provide technical information and assistance to municipalities and industries in the operation
of their wastewater treatment facilities.

• Purchasing and installation of equipments, and demonstration and training the customer.
