As Retail Operations Manager the aim was to achieve business objectives set.
Achieve sales targets through outlets totaling over 35, 000m2 sales area.
Achieve nett profit targets for territory and each outlet.
Full P & L responsibility.
Managing of the warehousing operation (40, 000sq mt) and distribution with 22 delivery vehicles.
Control all costs relating to store and warehouse operations.
Introduce and maintain internal and external international store standards through merchandising, visuals and store layout.
