Hotel payroll preparation
HR and Payroll systems management
Preparing and analysis of HR monthly reports
Assisting in preparation and organizing employee activities and events.
Ensuring that all company policies and legal obligation are respected and maintained by all employees.
HR documents preparation including new hire contracts, new hire guides, employee certificates etc
Participating in the disciplinary committee and ensuring that the employees are accorded fair treatment
Communicating effectively all relevant Human Resources Policies to staff and ensuring that staff are notified of any changes
Performing any other relevant duties.

Ensure safety and wellbeing of all the staff and guests in the housing
Ensure smooth running of all facilities including scheduling for repairs and maintenance
Conducting facility inspections to ensure hygiene and health and safety regulations are met
Supervise cleaning and Security staff and ensure standards are maintained
Preparing utility bills and submitting them to finance accurately and on time.
Assist with any other HR related duties and requests
