•To lead shifts when assigned by the line manager, taking responsibility for delivering brand standards, opening the unit, preparing for the shift, closing the unit, orders, monitoring and delivering high standards of customer service, and accepting deliveries.
•Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or tea.

•Routinely cleans the bar area, floor, windows, and grinders, and takes out trash, etc.

•Arranging home deliveries and handle telephone inquiries about store hours or stock availability
•Knowledgeable in operating scanning systems or enter purchase details manually on a cash register.
•Checking shelves to ensure that product supplies are not running low and creating displays or pointing out special offers to customers.
•Checking product sell-by dates and ensuring that products show the latest prices, including any discounts or promotional offers.
