Credit and Collection Representative of our client GE Money bank who finances the credit cards of American’s who uses Sams, Lowes and Chevron cards, we collect 90 days delinquent accounts.
Communicate with prospective clients abroad specifically; US (East Coast, West Coast, Hawaii) and Canada. Brief them with the advantages our product will bring them should they choose to use it. Report all transactions to the team leader before signing off from work
Log and receive calls from SMART customers. Give them advice on how they can get their privilege cards at their most convenient time. Perform a follow-up call to customers who have still yet to receive their privilege cards.
Responsible for receiving, filing and encoding forms turned over by the secretary. Assisted in recording files submitted by field men. Worked under a LAN environment set-up.
