• Prepares the quantity take-off as per plan/drawings and bill of materials based on specifications. Computation of material cost based on the computed bill of materials.
• Itemized necessary construction materials and activities to establish labor and man-hours required using applicable engineering standard parameters.
• Determine and prepare the required construction equipment line-up and direct labor charges from the direct labor man-hours.
• Prepare cost for assigned supervisory staff, equipment rental and fuel cost and other related charges such as labor and fringe benefits, factory supplies (variable expenses), subsistence and allowances, repair and maintenance cost, temporary works or facilities, safety and security, subcontract and testing, transportation and handling and other miscellaneous charges.
• Prepares the construction schedule of a certain project to determine the sequential relationship of each construction activities that would facilitate the minimum project duration at the most economical for a most competitive bid.
• Consolidate all necessary documents to oversee the overall compliance/completeness of bid as per client's requirements such as Construction Schedule, Supervisory Staff line-up and Organizational Chart.
