Works directly under the supervision of Infra Department Head handling the following responsibilities but not limited to;
• Responsible for reviewing site progress and process input progress data to produce Request for Inspection (RFI) document to be submitted for Client approval on accomplished work.
• Compile all approved RFIs and apply corresponding contract rates to gauge possible bill amount for that progress.
• Submit approved RFIs & coordinate to QS department in preparation of Monthly Payment Application to Client.
• Monitor site progress in terms of on-going work, anticipated work-area to be completed, and raise if any work-area is still left uncompleted or not yet started.
• Review and monitor if any completed works has not been raised for RFI and coordinate input progress data required to raise the RFI.
• Develop consolidated monitoring of all completed scope by making an overall summary, area-wise and with cumulative quantities as per BOQ, in sycn with marked drawings indicating completed areas of work.
• Review, Reconcile and resolve Subcontractor submitted Progress in coordination with site for verification of the work completed.
• Make proper filing of all progress related documents.
• Responsible for reviewing employee time reports and expense reports to ensure accurate project cost recording.
Works directly under the supervision of Operations Manager handling the following responsibilities but not limited to;
• Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.
• Provide area specific forecasts and report projects status.
• Manage multiple bids and perform as liaison between estimating team and Clients.
• Revise estimates and implement required changes.
• Maintain Client relations by being lead contact of proposal for Client.
• Monitor and ensure bid format meet Client’s standards.
• Evaluate Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents.
• Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.

Works directly under the supervision of Engineering Supervisor. Handles engineering works including but is not limited to material take-off, designs, man-hour estimates, costing, preparing construction schedule and preparing project cost summary.
Main Responsibilities:
• Review/study familiarize with bid documents. Prepare verification/inquiries for discussion in the pre-bid meeting with the client. Check all data, scope of work, delivery conditions, materials and extent of supply, site services, conformity and unity of bid documents specifications.
• Conduct pre-bidding studies of the project and site survey, if necessary. Determine the effect of the topography, geological condition of the site, accessibility, climate, availability of construction materials, manpower, housing and storage facilities if required, source of water supply, power and means of communication, equipment and local services.
• Prepares the quantity take-off as per plan/drawings and bill of materials based on specifications. Computation of material cost based on the computed bill of materials.
• Itemized necessary construction materials and activities to establish labor and man-hours required using applicable engineering standard parameters.
• Determine and prepare the required construction equipment line-up and direct labor charges from the direct labor man-hours.
• Prepare cost for assigned supervisory staff, equipment rental and fuel cost and other related charges such as labor and fringe benefits, factory supplies (variable expenses), subsistence and allowances, repair and maintenance cost, temporary works or facilities, safety and security, subcontract and testing, transportation and handling and other miscellaneous charges.
• Prepares the construction schedule of a certain project to determine the sequential relationship of each construction activities that would facilitate the minimum project duration at the most economical for a most competitive bid.
• Consolidate all necessary documents to oversee the overall compliance/completeness of bid as per client's requirements such as Construction Schedule, Supervisory Staff line-up and Organizational Chart.
