Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for attaching needed documents for application forms of work permit, labour
contracts, amendments, residence visas, medical & health cards, absconding, cancellations of work permit and residence visa, etc.,
Coordinate with the PRO officer regarding employment visa applications.
Responsible for receiving and checking employment visas received from Emigration.
Monitor and encode the approved unpaid and paid work permits.
Responsible for amendment of visa/change status.
Responsible for filing all received/issued documents from MOL and Immigration.
Responsible for medical schedule of Employees.
Monitoring residence visa applications new residence/renew residence visa.
Monitor and encode typed medical and labor card applications.
Monitor Labor cards received from Ministry of Labor and Government health card received from Ministry of Health.
Monitor cancellation of work permit and residence visa of employees.
Arrange Final Repatriation formalities with Public Relation Officer at the Airport for terminated/resigned/release employees.
Play an active role in formulating HR policy for the organization and in career development
Assist in fulfilling human resource policies. Programs and procedures.
Work alongside team in handling employee welfare to ensure employee retention.
Perform duties related to promotions, transfer, and demotions.
Perform administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, planning and developing specific goals.
Maintain personal files of newly hired staff further more a check list shall be prepared.
Assist HR Manager in reviewing employee applications /resumes& short listing candidates to be consulted on the basis of preliminary screening process.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and prospective candidates for interviews dates.
Contribute ideas on creations of policies & procedures that could be implemented to improve
efficiency of the personal & processes
Track employee status with regards to probationary periods, performance appraisal, and annual leaves.
