Noor Project is located in front of the New

implemented on an area of 5, 000 acres and is
being developed in partnership between TMG
subsidiary, the Arab Company for Urban
Investment, and the New Urban Communities
Authority (NUCA)
Noor is designed based on the world’s latest trends
for integrated cities, creating a paradigm shift in the
urban development map in Egypt. The Real-estate
Giant further elaborated: “Nour City will
accommodate about 600, 000 residents, as well as
integrated commercial, administrative and
government service areas. Furthermore, the project
will be implemented in line with 2021 vision through
offering privacy to all residential areas, serving
millions in East Cairo area.

Responsibility

Preparation of Monthly tracking reports for
construction, supervision & design includes
all payments, Change requests & Variation
Orders.
 Estimation for any variation orders, make
rough order magnitude and advise for
changes .
 Delivering high quality services and
ensuring that cost management
deliverables meet Clients’ requirements.
 Preparation & certify of payments for all
Contractors, consultants and Suppliers
related to construction packages.
 Settling final accounts
 Conducting value management and
engineering exercises
 Valuing construction work for interim
payments, valuing change, assessing or
compiling claims for loss and expense and
agreeing final accounts.
 Negotiating with interested parties
 Giving advice on the avoidance and
settlement of disputes

Responsibilities:
 Review & certify of payments for all construction
packages.
 Preparation & certify of payments for all
supervision & design packages.
 Preparation & certify of payments for all
Suppliers related to construction packages.
 Preparation of variation orders for all
construction, supervision & design packages.
 Maintain all records with respect to the
administration of contract i.e. payment
applications, Change requests Variation Orders,
and site Work Instructions.
 Regulate progress payments consistent with
Contract Documents.
 Preparation of Monthly tracking reports for
construction, supervision & design includes all
payments, Change requests & Variation Orders.
 Estimation and verification of material on site.
Verify non-conformance items which are not to
be included in payments.
 Assist in preparation of necessary documents
for contract close out and finalizing of
construction contracts.
 Giving support to the PCS Team with Cost
impact and LD’s related to contractors delay and
relevant Supervision consultant fees.

2-Responsible for administration of construction contract works, exchange of correspondence, submittals, and RFIs to all sub-contractors.
3-assign, and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis so that all contractor activities are adequately covered.
4-Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities. Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contract documents.
5- Coordinate the interface of the construction work with other contractors on the site.
6-Review the project progress at all times. Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site.
7-Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site as required. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
8-Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
9-Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project
Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
10-Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
11-Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.


12-Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects.
13-Ensure project documents are complete.
14-Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
15-Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client.
16-preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work start.

8-Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site as required by the RE. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
9- Review inspector’s daily reports and preparation of engineer’s daily diary, and general oversight of inspector’s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractors operations.
10-Coordination with contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work.
11-Continuous inspections and consultation with the RE including the preparation of written and oral reports to the RE on contractual and procedural matters

2-Coordinate the collection of technical information between/within the company and customer.
3-Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items.
4-Prepare quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, design.
5-Create bill of material, detailed instructions for manufacturing process of new part, specification for packaging, external supplier specification to provide standard cost structure and instructions for manufacturing.
6-Evaluates project performance of functional areas.
7-Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.
8-Taking responsibility for a team of engineers and training/mentoring junior engineers
9-Supervises technical testing, survey or field engineering teams.
10-Reviews and monitors project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents
11-Responsible for control of work-in-progress, ensures accurate client billings, monitors outstanding accounts receivable and collection efforts on related projects.
12-assist the construction manager for any such instruction, providing any information related to project activities and coordinate with him for ant such problem
