AS ACCOUNTANT
• Responsible for the preparation of annual Financial Statements
(Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
• Handles transactions and make entries for Payments, Receipts, JV
other similar vouchers
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliation and make necessary adjustments
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Process monthly salaries generated from Accounting Payroll System
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Handles Petty Cash and prepares periodic replenishments
• Responsible for month-end closing reports for Depreciation, Amortization& Prepayments
• Assign for collection of payment and arrange deposits in the bank
• Prepared monthly invoices for clients and statement of accounts
AS Administration Manager :
• Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews
• Monitoring & following up confirmation appraisal of new employees who passed their probationary period
• Conceptualizing & implementing policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization
• Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department Managers
• Supervising accurate data records, processing monthly payrolls, reconciliation of payroll figures with the finance department, ensuring audit compliance, preparing & reporting on monthly, providing staff guidance & procedures related to payroll and ensuring HR services provided are as per agreed service levels.
• Responsible for all transaction related to Account Payable and Account Receivable
• analyzing and investigating annual and monthly financial accounts;
• undertaking financial administration;
