-prepare Credit Information Reports for corporate clients from different reliable sources of information namely site visits, market, documents, banks, CBE Facilities Reports, I-Score, Negative lists, Protest and Bankruptcy Reports to be used by Credit Officers in corporate client risk assessment.
-Prepare Credit Information Reports for all Corporate Clients, utilizing accurate and reliable sources as per Credit Information Manual to ensure that all Credit Information Reports are done in an effective and timely manner.
-Prepare required reliable investigation for various problematic accounts to support Credit officers in accurate risk assessment.
-Follow the Media updates regularly and read general and specialized newspapers in order to obtain any news related to our clients and investigate the reality of the news.
-Responsible for handling the customer complaints and promote for the bank's products.
-Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone.
-Solve the customer issues and provide them with answers regarding any financial questions.
-Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
-Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective buyers.
-Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
-Response for the clients inquiries face to face or by phone
-Receive Insurance Premium from the clients cash or cheques & deposit at the bank
-Make bank reconciliation
-Review invoices and check requests
-Prepare and process accounts payable & receivable checks, wire transfers.
-Process Related accounting Entries
-reconciliation of payments
-prepare analysis of accounts
-Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
-produce monthly reports
-coordinate with all the branches of the company by phone or mail
